In Asia, we currently deliver to Armenia, Bahrain, Bhutan, Brunei, India, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. Within Europe, we ship to Greenland and the Isle of Man. Customers in Oceania can place orders for delivery to Australia and New Zealand. In Africa, we provide shipping services to Ethiopia. For Central America and nearby territories, we deliver to Anguilla, the Bahamas, the British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Panama, St. Barthelemy, St. Martin, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands, and U.S. Outlying Islands. We also ship to Canada and Mexico.

Customers located in the United Kingdom or other European countries should use their dedicated regional websites to ensure proper service and pricing. Orders from the United Kingdom are handled through the UK-specific site, while customers in other European countries should use the designated European platform.

Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time refers to the period required to verify payment, prepare items, and hand the package over to the carrier. Once an order has shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States generally range from four to seven business days. International deliveries usually arrive within three to seven business days after fulfillment, although actual transit times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures. During peak seasons, holiday periods, special promotions, or limited-edition launches, both processing and delivery timeframes may be extended.

For domestic shipments within the United States, customers can select between different delivery options. Standard shipping via FedEx SmartPost typically arrives within seven to ten business days. Ground shipping through FedEx Ground usually delivers within three to five business days. For customers in Canada and Mexico, a standard international rate applies, and delivery times will depend on customs clearance and local carrier services. For all other international destinations we serve, shipping lead times vary but generally fall within three to seven business days after the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Shipping fees depend on the destination and selected service level. Within the United States, standard shipping is offered at a flat rate, with complimentary shipping available once a minimum order value is reached. Ground shipping carries a separate flat fee. For Canada and Mexico, a flat international rate applies, with free shipping available once orders exceed a specified purchase threshold. For other international destinations, express shipping is offered at one flat rate for orders below a certain amount and a reduced flat rate for orders exceeding that threshold. Please note that shipping charges are converted into local currency at checkout and may fluctuate depending on current exchange rates.

Customers should be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional handling fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, natural events, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances outside our operational control once the package has left the United States.

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, including FedEx, USPS, DHL, or their international partners, it will be returned to our fulfillment center. Once the returned shipment has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment in accordance with our policies. To avoid delivery issues, customers are encouraged to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout and monitor tracking updates closely after dispatch.
